Jim was a friendly and kind host with exceptional communication. The RV was comfortable and helped our family to have a great vacation.
There were a few mechanical issues with the exterior RV lights but it didn’t impede our vacation.

Absolutely wonderful! Jim was a delight to work with and was very patient with all our questions. He even had already stocked up on some snacks for the kids, before we even left. Loaded with towels and blankets made it perfect for the cold nights! The radio in the front didn't work... so we just used our JBL speaker, and it was perfect. Shower door didn't work very well, but we didn't use the shower at all, so we had no worries. :)
