Overall, we had a great trip and made some wonderful memories. However, the RV itself didn’t quite match the expectations set by the photos online. It was noticeably more worn and dingy than advertised, and unfortunately, it wasn’t clean when we picked it up. There were several maintenance issues throughout the RV, including broken light fixtures and curtain ties, which made certain parts of the experience a little less comfortable. That being said, TJ was fantastic to work with. He was highly communicative, quick to respond, and very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which we really appreciated. His professionalism helped make the process smoother despite the condition of the RV. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could easily be a five-star experience.

TJ is very nice and understanding. We got an early check in and late check out. The camper could have been cleaner upon check in but after a quick clean in the fridge and getting rid of some hidden trash the camper was perfect for our needs.
