Ramblin’ Rentals is located in Millinocket; the heart of the Katahdin region near entrances to Baxter State Park and the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument.Our camper “Franklin” is a 2014 RPod 179. He comes equipped with everything you need for a great vacation.
- Wet bath (toilet/shower combo)
- Kitchen area w/ gas stove, sink, microwave, and fridge
- Entertainment center w/ TV, dvd player, and radio
- Heater for colder nights
- AC for hot summer days
- Light weight & easy to haulAt the back is a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two adults. The dining area can be converted to an additional sleeping area perfect for a child or small adult.If you plan on hauling Franklin yourself, please allow ample time during the pickup for us to go over safety precautions and a demonstration of set-up and tear-down. We will verify that your vehicle can safely haul the unit prior to pickup. Your vehicle must be able to tow at least 3500 lbs.No tow vehicle? No problem! We can arrange to deliver and set up Franklin at any of the local campgrounds in the Katahdin Region. Delivery and setup includes a base fee of $100 and and covers a 25 mile radius from our location. Additional delivery miles are calculated at $2 per loaded mile to and from your location. Ramblin' Rentals is a small, family owned business operating in the heart of the Katahdin region.
We are a young family that enjoys live music and exploring everything our beautiful state has to offer! We love camping with our two kiddos and our rescue dog at family friendly events and going on couples adventures to explore New England. We have taken our camper to music festivals and private campgrounds throughout Maine. We've also used it to boondock and for extra space at family events. We have enjoyed using our camper so much that we want others to be able to do the same.
