This camper practically brand new. It is a perfect size camper for 2-4 people. It is light and has plenty of ground clearance for those harder to reach places.Queen size memory foam mattress with closets, cubbies, and outlets on both sides. The couch lays down easily for a small size bed. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are included. There is a portable table stored behind that couch that can be used as needed.32" Vizio TV mounted on the wall including a DVD player and cable TV hookup. There is a bluetooth sound system with speakers indoors and outdoors. Electric air conditioner, wall outlets, & microwave. Heater, fridge, & water heater use propane or electric. Power awning with LED track lights, LED lights run off battery. Front pass-through storage area for all your camping equipment. There is a rear bumper rack that can fold down for extra gear storage or for a generator.Bathroom includes a nice size shower, sink, and toilet. There is plenty of space for towels and other items.All leveling and utility equipment (fresh water and utility hoses, electrical cords, fresh water filter, etc..) are included.
The unloaded weight is 3880 lbs which allows it to be towed by SUV's capable of towing 5000 lbs. Included is the tow hitch with sway bar.Regarding delivery there is a $100 minimum (unless just to a house locally here in cache valley we can do much less) and Bear Lake is $200 for West side, $250 for North or East side. That’s the total for delivery and pickup.
If not using Express Departure option Please be sure to broom sweep out the trailer before return and clean surfaces/toilet/shower and remove garbage. Free cleaning supplies are below the bathroom and kitchen sink. All dishes/appliances used need thoroughly cleaned please including countertops/table, toilet inside and out, sinks, and faucets. Please dump grey and black water unless you pay the add on for me to do it.
IF these basic items are not done I will unfortunately need to charge your deposit for a cleaning fee ($35 minimum). Great RV and experience. Aaron was great at communicating leading up to the trip and did a fantastic job of showing us the ropes of the RV on set-up. Everything was clean, functional, and exactly as described. I highly recommend booking with Aaron!

Aaron was very easy to work with. He had the trailer there set up before we arrived. Having a trailer always makes camping nice: being able to brush your teeth, plenty of storage area, hot showers to get clean, etc. we highly recommend booking with him, especially if camping around Logan area.

I was so excited when I came across outdoorsy app and noticed that Aaron was a hoast. We had rented from him before and had a great experience. His trailer is perfect for what we needed and was spacious to fit us all in with all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we had lots of room to move around in. There was a few nights it got cold and it was so nice that wr had a heater to use which kept us very warm. Thank you outdoorsy and Aaron for giving us a wonderful camping trip. We will be using both again in the future!
