Used but well kept and comfortable with plenty of room for the whole family as this trailer sleeps up to 10, with a recently upgraded (not pictured) king bed in the master room and separate bunkhouse with double sized bunks. The bunkhouse is prefect for up to four kids or two adults. Master room and bunkhouse both have privacy doors and are located at separate ends of the RV for added privacy. Dinette and couch can be converted into beds to accommodate two kids on each or one adult on each. Full bathroom with shower only! Heat, AC and a full kitchen with pantry, microwave, standard RV fridge, oven/stove top, and kitchen island with sink. Open floor plan with two tip outs and full couch and dinette. Outdoor kitchen with propane capital grill and mini fridge for grilling outside. Indoor and Outdoor speakers are present so that you can listen to your favorite tunes while grilling outside or sitting under the power awning. Electric stabilizer jacks and electric power tongue jack makes set up easy.Kitchen is fully stocked; however, food is not provided. There will be some teas available, coffee maker (please bring your own grounds), powdered creamers, sugars etc. All bedding for established beds and bath towels are provided. We recommend bringing your own sleeping bags for pull out beds. Toilet Paper will be provided. All water and sewage hoses are provided in the under storage. Stabilizer hitch will be provided upon pickup or delivery for ease of hauling purposes.We do allow pets without an additional pet fee; however, if any damage is caused by pets you will forfeit your security deposit.This RV is family friendly and we hope to have it for many years to come for our family and others to enjoy, so we ask that you be respectful of our RV and treat it with equal or greater respect than you would treat your own.Absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping IN This Unit OR Within 25 Feet OF Doors OR Windows.Security deposit is refundable upon post rental inspection. The hosts were great to work with. They have a very nice family, and Bob, the cat, was a special treat to meet as well. They met us on time, communicated clearly, and described the trailer very well. It met every expectation we had for the rental. We used the trailer at the Boardman, OR, County RV Park, space 31. It was a great view, with the attached photo taken out of the back door on night number 1. It was a great weekend. Thank you, Chandra Crow and family - and Bob!
