Thanks to Michael & Lucy, the RV was clean and the pickup location was easy to find. Michael & Lucy gave us a departure briefing on all the features and we were all set. 5.0Michael & Lucy were absolutely tremendous during the pickup and return. They were very thorough with the functions of their RV and how to operate it. They made themselves available throughout my trip to answer any questions that I may have should they come up. It was a really great rig, I would definitely rent again given the opportunity.
