Some of the rules in the camper are as follows:
No smoking, candles, or open flames inside the trailer or it will result in 200 dollar charge.
If the camper requires more than 90 minutes of cleaning after return there will be an additional fee
If you are trailering the camper then the black and gray tanks must be flushed upon return
If you are trailering the camper and can not bring it back there will be a fee based upon how far the camper is.
There maximum sleeping capacity inside the camper is 4.
I am very flexible with pick up and drop off times.

Ryan dropped off, set up, and picked up the RV, often on the guest's schedule. He provided thorough explanations, was quick to respond to questions, and even helped park the RV at campsites.
Well-appointed and spacious interior
The RV is clean, modern, and well-stocked with cooking equipment and outdoor gear. It features good climate control and a roomy bathroom, comfortably sleeping 1 couple with small children, though the secondary bed is less comfortable.

4.0Ryan was excellent to work with from beginning to end. Since our car wasn’t big enough to pull a camper, he set it up for us and showed us around. Climate control worked great for cool fall nights. All the cooking equipment you could need were available. There were even supplies to make the outdoors a living space - mat, chairs, tablecloth, etc. We’re glampers, not campers, so we’d have liked a more comfortable bed.

5.0We rented this camper only 2 weeks before we needed it, had it delivered a bit outside of the “normal” range, and didn’t have the usual hook-ups available to use. But Ryan delivered it clean as a whistle, well-stocked for what ever we could possibly need (except linens, but we knew that ahead of time), and explained to us first-time RV users how things worked. He was very prompt with the delivery and pick-up times and pleasant to deal with. The RV was beautiful inside - modern and sleek. My only comment is that it was advertised as suitable for 2 couples; I would say it is perfect for one couple with 1 or possibly 2 small children, because the table that makes into a second bed isn’t very big and isn’t very comfortable. The bathroom, however, is amazing and quite roomy..
