Please review the following guidelines before booking to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. • No Smoking Inside – Let’s keep the air fresh for all guests. • Dogs Welcome (with approval) – We love furry friends! Just let us know ahead of time. • Return Clean – A quick tidy-up goes a long way! Remove trash and personal items. We’ll handle deep cleaning! • No Roof Climbing – Safety first! • Awning use is at renter's risk - Please retract the awning during wind, rain, or when leaving the campsite. Damage to the awning is not covered by normal wear and tear. To keep things running smoothly: • Use RV-safe toilet paper only (we provide it). • Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or anything other than RV TP.
