There is an $89 ($189 Winter Nov- Mar) service charge if waste holding tank(s) are not clean when the RV is returned.
2. Top OFF Propane at one of the following locations

There is a $49 service charge + fuel if the RV is not returned with a full LPG tank.
3. Do not Top Off Diesel. We do that together at the return.
4. Clean the INSIDE of the RV. (We will clean the outside) Use the provided cleaning products, vacuum, and Swiffer.
Any additional cleaning will be charged upon return.
5. Please put all mattress covers, towels, cleaning rags, bedding, and the three rugs inside the laundry bag for us
