Everything for the most part went well. I did not have any issues except I could not figure out how to open the fridge but eventually got in.

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Loon Lake in southern Oregon, with the Wolf Pup. The trip was wonderful and the Wolf Pup better than we could have hoped for. The issues reported in a previous post had all been addressed. The fridge ran smoothly even with no hook up, the toilet was new and very clean, and all the windows were solid and functioning as expected. This was our first trip pulling a trailer and we were a bit nervous, but Jason gave us some pointers and reassured us that we could easily handle the tow with our 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE. Though a bit heavy for our rig, we had no issues. We're excited for our next trip and will definitely rent from Jason in the future.

I have owned and used trailers extensively for 40 plus years. bumper pull and 5th wheel mostly dry camping. I know what to expect. We rented this 21" Wolf pup when we were out of state and didn't have access to our own RV. It's confusing that he calls it 17" in the description, I guess that's the box size. Anyway, when I picked it up I asked him how fresh the batteries were (among other questions). He told me they were replaced within the last 2 years. Well. they were not! The date on the battery was 4/20 (picture), over 5 years old! We had to hook it up to my truck at night and a friends generator during the day because it would not hold a charge. He verified this with his battery checker when I returned the trailer. Second problem: The side window completely fell off! We noticed that the bond on the bottom where it connects to the crank mechanism had come loose (see picture). And on the return trip, the top bond failed also and the window fell off on the highway. When I pointed this out when I returned it he stated that he had problems with that before and had it fixed. Apparently it was not done correctly. And then he has the nerve to file a damage claim against us!! For his poor maintenance! You can clearly see in the picture that there is a complete failure in the adhesive bond. There would have been broken glass still adhered to it if it had been broken by impact or something. Luckily I took pictures to back this up. We are fighting the claim. Next problem: The bathroom was not clean and smelled. We cleaned it with Clorox wipes and they came out black!(picture) There were a couple of other problems. the refrigerator door latch was very difficult to operate, the outside storage door latch was binding hard to operate, the door seal needs to be replaced as you could see light through it when it was closed and the door screen was cut from the folding stairs. All in all, we still had a good trip. The trailer slept well enough and I probably would not have written this review had he not filed a claim on us.

Trailer is in nice condition, bed was comfy, bathroom spacious for a trailer. Mechanically it was not great. Battery was faulty, needed to be jumped multiple times. Fridge (powered by propane) only worked for 1 out of the 4 day rental despite a full propane tank! Thankfully we had friends with us that shared the food we could no longer use. Kids bunks were comfy and provided a nice amount of storage underneath. Overall a nice trailer if it was mechanical sound.

Wonderful experience. Jason delivered and picked up the Wolf Pup to our home for Thanksgiving overflow guests. Clean, efficient, friendly, cozy. Fully recommend!
