Brand NEW 2023 model Thor Sequence 20K, very low mileage. Get ready to explore fun & exciting adventures. Easy to drive. Park nearly anywhere. Enjoy all the comforts of home but with a daily change of scenery. Featuring a modern design with plenty of overhead storage, hanging closet w/drawers and stocked with basic items needed for an amazing experience. Lithium-Ion Battery and Solar power that can run the refrigerator, tv and charging outlets without the need to connect to shore power. A sewer system same as a class C. Most class B have the cassette toilet and requires you to dump solid waste which is not ideal. Our RV lets you dump your black and gray tank the same as a class C, just hook the sewer hose and pull up the black and gray tank lever, it also has a black tank flush water inlet to let you rinse the black tank if needed.The chassis is a Dodge RAM ProMaster 3500 Window Van with a Bike Rack on Rear Door included. Oversized 12V Refrigerator with Separate Freezer. Two Burner Gas Cooktop, Convection Microwave Oven. 190 W Solar with 2 Lithium-Ion batteries. Fully automatic awning gives you shade under the sun. This RV is fully loaded and ready to hit the road! NO Smoking Inside. Extra $300.00 charge to clean if returned with smoke odor. I bought this class B brand new and have only used it once, for a wine tasting weekend in Paso Robles.I can be flexible with pickup and drop off and also if you just need it for the day for a beach outing or driving around. Please don’t hesitate to contact me.Important information regarding rental:
•Pick up time is 9am, Return time is the same time vehicle
was picked up. **Contact me for any special requests……I can/will be flexible whenever possible!
•We require an introductory meeting to show features & instructions
on the RV use
•Please remove all garbage prior to returning the RV

•All drivers must be 25 years or older and approved
•No Smoking, No Vaping inside RV
•Off-Roading not permitted (Ok for paved roads & highly improved
dirt roads)
•Snow Chains prohibited
•No climbing on the roof
•Roof Rack not to be used
•Please use only the supplied (RV/Marine Ready) toilet paper for
toilet and NO personal wipes. Please do not flush, Kleenex, feminine
products or similar.
•No grease down kitchen sink
•Wash off sand and mud with outside hose (stored in rear of camper)
before entering camper
•No border crossings (Mexico & Canada)
•All pet needs to be declared and approved (only small pets allowed)
•If extensive cleaning is needed, you will be charged an added cleaning fee with a minimum fee of $100.00
•Please return gas tank full (otherwise a charge of $10.00 per gallon will apply)
•Please return propane full (otherwise a charge of $35.00 will apply)
•Any lost or damaged items will be charged a replacement fee

Alan’s camper van was exceptionally clean, easy to drive and we couldn’t have had a better experience!! He’s a great communicator, responds quickly and also a friendly, cool guy. I’d def rent from him again.
