Recently purchased 2020 Coachmen Viking 14SR Saga. We are flexible and eager to please. We have kitchen supplies and most of the camping supplies with the rental. Trailer will be parked at my residential property, and access can be negotiated prior, or a set time can be arranged.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

It is a 2020 travel trailer, so it is new and works great. An instruction for use can be arranged, at pickup. A full meet and greet prior to leaving with the trailer for setup and also to empty tanks, is always encouraged.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

All hoses and electrical work gear, as it is a 2020 model. Electrical will come with adapter which connects on exterior. Water can be used in tank or connected to hose. Sewage has fully functional drain on exterior.
