If a rental is returned damaged the renter(s) is/are responsible for any and all repairs and labor ~ No Refunds for Early Returns ~ No Smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and incense ~ No illegal substances permitted in any of our rentals ~ No Pets ~ No Climbing on the Roof ~ If Brought back not full of Gas (if A Motorized Vehicle) we charge $5.00 per gallon additional on top up the local gas station fuel Pricing. ~ Minimum Cleaning Fee $250 **Insurance Deductibles are 2% of the value of the rented vehicle, with a Minimum of $500 and Maximum of $1500**
