The RV was not as accurately described as we hoped; the fridge never worked, leaving us without refrigeration. Tank levels fluctuated, and beds were uncomfortable, though some found the camper 'exactly as described'.
Communication & Host Service
Communication with the host was difficult, and responses were delayed until Outdoorsy intervened. Other renters praised the 'amazing host' who 'went above and beyond' and made the process 'simple'.

2.0We had a mixed experience with this rental. Communication with the host was difficult leading up to the trip — we reached out several weeks in advance with questions but did not receive responses until Outdoorsy intervened. After that, they were more responsive. The RV itself was not as accurately described as we had hoped. The fridge never worked during our trip, despite being told it would run on solar power once the battery charged. Unfortunately, that never happened, and we were left without refrigeration for the duration of our rental. The grey and black water tank levels also fluctuated inconsistently, making it hard to know when they needed to be emptied. A few smaller notes: the RV didn’t have any mirrors, which was surprising (most RVs have at least one in the bathroom or main living space), and the beds were not very comfortable. On the positive side, the RV was clean and the pickup/drop-off process was fairly straightforward. However, if we had known the fridge would not be operational, we would have chosen a different rental.
