4.0Communication was excellent, and the host was very flexible and accomodating. The RV itself did it's job. The interior is a tad beat up, but just from normal wear and tear. It was pretty clean, and everything worked as it should.

3.0It was really hard to get a hold of family fun RV until the day I arrived I did not have the correct hook up so I wasn't able to tell which was a large expense for me to have it towed to the place and then picked up I think communication skills could have been better
