This rig, Max, offers you lots of sleeping room but in a condensed camper! A unique part of it is the rear slide!This camper offers double-sized bunk beds! Each bunk has lots of storage areas and vents to keep you comfortable.A full bathroom, complete with storage areas, medicine cabinet, shower with a wand, and a bathtub. A skylight gives lots of natural light!The kitchen is jam-packed with lots of storage! The propane stove/oven, microwave, double sink, and large refrigerator will assist in all of the fun you'll have gathering together.The dinette converts into a bed as well as the jack-knife sofa.The rear of the camper slides out for a queen sized bed.The awning is attached but does not work currently.Lots of storage compartments around the exterior of the camper for all the stuff you don't want inside.This camper will be a great addition to your vacation!

Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any dog, for any reason. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in camper. No puppies or cats allowed. Only house-trained dogs. Dogs are not allowed on any upholstered area due to the soft material and the risk of stains, smells or other damage. We charge an extra fee of $100, non-refundable, per dog. If any pet damages occur, including evidence of pet urine or feces, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, and any excess damage will be charged to you accordingly. If any large amounts of pet hair are left upon return, you will be charged a full Deep Cleaning Fee for this to be removed.Smoking: There is NO SMOKING allowed in the trailer. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS.NO DRUGS: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit. Any trailers returned with any evidence of drug use or transportation of will result in law enforcement being called for a report and to collect the evidence.Odors/Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as the long-term storage or cooking of fish, bacon, deer, etc. These must be prepped/cooked outside the RV. We currently have 2 campers which we have nicknamed Dale and Max. Dale is a 32 foot 2006 Keystone Springdale that sleeps 10 (bunkroom in the rear). Max is a 23 foot 2007 R-Vision Max Lite, that sleeps 10 as well (double bunks in the front). We really hope you enjoy your vacation and rent from us again!
