Shade blinds are nice upgrades with privacy galore!TVs in master, 2nd bedroom / garage, living /dining area. Smart tv’s work great with WiFi or hotspot from a cell. They can swing from wall to pivot as needed. One tv mount on exterior of trailer. Antenna included.Stereo has multiple settings with optional outside listening.Master bedroom has king sized bed and en suite door to the full bath with roomy shower / tub. Lots of storage. Plenty under the bed too.Nice sized kitchen with island and double sink. Lots of storage. Bigger fridge.Leather couch is a recliner with four comfortable seats that pull out individually. When all four are extended it’s a good place for four kids to sleep.Huge toy hauler garage / second bedroom is 12’ long. Enclosed 2nd bathroom. Two queen beds. One can be folded as a couch or bed.The back wall comes down as a ramp for your off road vehicles or motorcycles. It also has legs to use it as a deck extension.Cummins Oman 4000 watt generator runs everything and is connected to the useable gas tank. Gas station can provide fuel to your off road vehicles or motorcycles, or even your car. Has solar power that runs everything except the air conditioner.Air conditioner and heater run great.Comes standard without linens or kitchen supplies. But those packages can be added.Can add WiFi hotspot.Can add food.Can add bbq grill.Can add folding chairs.Pets are ok if you assume responsibility for damage.Walkthrough videos will be done prior to and following every rental for everyone’s protection.You can haul it.
