Before each booking, we place a water resistant floor covering over high traffic areas of the trailer to maintain a clean environment for our guests. During inclement weather conditions (i.e. rain and mud), feel free to use the roll provided under the queen bed to replace soiled or wet floor covering, if it will make your visit more enjoyable.

& tear on our vehicles. This option includes: setup (leveling, stabilizing, slide-- out extended, awning deployment, utilities connected, etc.); take down (reversal of all of the above); and all 3 holding tanks (2 grey & 1 black) dumped; and requires that our driver make four trips, including two with the trailer in tow. Brad, Lonnie, and Marshall consistently provide helpful, kind, and attentive service. They communicate well, respond quickly, accommodate last-minute trips, and deliver/set up on time, often including thoughtful extras like snack baskets.

The RV is consistently described as very clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. It is well-equipped with cooking supplies and features effective AC and heating. Minor cosmetic issues were present but did not impact use.

5.0Brad was very kind and helpful. He communicated well and informed me of any possible issues. He had some cosmetic issues with the trailer which he was very open about, it did not affect the use of the trailer and I was fine with using it regardless. He had the repairs scheduled but wasn't able to get it completed prior to use. The trailer was very clean, and comfortable. His wife was very kind and even made us a reception basket with some yummy snacks. Brad set up the trailer and ensured we fully understood how to use everything. It was great! AC was greatly appreciated during the day and heat at night. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were very nice. We only needed to bring food. They have it very well equipped- lots of cooking supplies. Thank you Brad for making this experience so great!!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Although you set the date of pick up and return when you book the RV, Outdoorsy assigns the pick up and drop off time. But we will work with you on these times on your dates. Just contact us as early as possible to adjust these hours.

The Komfort Owner's Manual is prominently located in the cabinet beneath the main cabin TV in a clear plastic folder. The index in the rear of the manual will guide you to useful information about the trailer.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will cover these procedures in detail during the pre-departure walk through on the RV pick up date. We will also provide written instructions to remind you how to perform these procedures.

What are my vehicle towing requirements?

1. Vehicle maximum towing weight does not exceed 6376 lbs. - 5845 trailer weight - 467 lbs of water (56 gal X 8.3 lbs/gal) - 64lbs of liquid propane (15 gal X 4.24 lbs/gal) 2. Vehicle has the standard 2" X 2" receiver mounted on chassis (not bumper). 3. Vehicle has 7 pin electrical tow cable. 4. Vehicle has remote brake controller (We can provide for $35 flat fee for the entire trip as an ADD-ON Fee (See Enhancements to Your Trip at the bottom of booking page).
