This is the kicker. NO HOT WATER. We called and Dale said it has always worked. We did everything he said to do. It never worked. For $290 a night I expect HOT WATER! After calling tech support, we fixed the hot water! The hot water heater had been winterized and not turned back on. Luckily we had tools to fix the situation. Did I mention the mouse poop? Yes, there was mouse poop in most of the drawers. So, the rig had not been cleaned or checked. So are you going to use any of the plates or utensils where mice have been roaming. NOT ME!!! To be fair to Dale we did have a misunderstanding about the return date. I asked if we could return the camper before 10 the morning after our rental. He didn’t understand what I was talking about and I was charged an extra day even though I had the camper back by 9:30 the next morning. I will not be renting from him again.

Dale was amazing. The RV was the best I’ve ever rented.

The RV rental was one of our best experiences ever. The Rv itself is new and in great shape. Worked amazing for our family if 5! Dale is super accommodating and communicates super quickly! We had zero issues and can’t wait to rent from him again!
