• Thank you for considering our camper! This is our family RV that we have invested in to make memories together. We trust that you will take good care of our camper and comply with our policies while it is in your hands. • Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind in the camper. If there is any evidence of this, you will be charged $1,000 cleaning/damage fee. No exceptions. • Be mindful of your pets. We understand that you may choose to travel with your pets, but we also want you to be aware of your pets' potential to cause wear and damage. Even ordinary pet behavior can lead to damage in an RV, such as, a pet jumping up on a couch, causing scratch marks or holes in cushions. Pets left in an RV may scratch at the door or blinds, jump up on things to look out windows, or chew/gnaw on furniture. Signs of pet damage, including hair, requiring extra cleaning time will result in a deduction from your damage deposit. We highly recommend that pets be kenneled while in the RV. • We also ask that you return the camper in clean condition. This incldues: • Used towels placed in bathtub • Beds stripped with sheets gathered on master bed • Dishes washed, dried, and put away • Table and counters wiped • Shake rug(s) & sweep floor • Garbage gathered and removed • Food/residue removed from cooking surfaces (i.e. stove, microwave, grill, etc.) • Remove food and wipe out refrigerator and freezer If time/materials required to fix damage exceed the deposit, you will be charged the overage. You will also be charged an extra cleaning fee if camper is returned in unsatisfactory condition. ($100 minimum)
