(Purchased New June 2017) Keystone Outback 250URS. This is our personal family trailer. We would like to loan it out to other local families when we are not enjoying the Colorado outdoors. We do allow dogs and offer a optional concierge delivery and set up service if you are unable to tow the trailer yourself. You can literally just show up to the campsite with your family and gear. I will take care of the rest.This Keystone Outback is an RV for rent in Monument, CO. We can bring it to you if you do not live in the Monument area. This 2017 Keystone Travel Trailer is 27 feet, has 2 slide outs, and can sleep 6 people.This trailer will come with two full 20 lb propane tanks included in rental. I have installed a second battery for those dry campers out there. We also include Professionally cleaned linens, blankets, bed spreads and pillows for the king bed and bunks. The trailer is fully stocked with everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware etc. There are 2 TVs on board for those that don't want to fully unplug. We even throw in a new Keurig coffee maker. Can we say glamping?As part of the rental I will take care of cleaning the waste tanks when you return. That's right, you don't have to mess with the tanks unless you are on a longer trip that would require them to be dumped mid vacation. You can return the waste tanks full and the propane empty. Don't worry about it, it is included.Other things we also include:
1. Weight distribution hitch with anti sway. It is a lot safer to tow this trailer with a WD hitch. If you don't have one, you can use mine. I will show you how it works during the walk through.2. Wireless Brake Controller. Any trailer over 3,000 lbs will require a brake controller to tow. That means you will have to have a brake controller installed in your tow vehicle to rent most travel trailers. But not ours. We installed a wireless brake controller and it is included in the rental for no additional charge. Your tow vehicle will need a 7 pin connector and the brake controller wire will need to be hot.3. Tow mirrors. Yes, we have thought of everything. If your vehicle does not have tow mirrors, I have a brand new set of universal tow mirrors that will fit most vehicles and you are welcome to use them on your trip.Our trailer might be a bit higher than some of the other trailers you see, but I offer a full service experience. I have a cleaning crew professionally clean the trailer before you pick it up. I see many trailer listings that say you are required to return the trailer as clean as you got it. That means, they are having the previous renter clean the trailer for them so they can just quickly turn it over to another family a day or two later. Would you stay in a hotel that the previous occupant was supposed to clean before checkout? I wouldn't.
All the bedding in the trailer is professionally cleaned at a dry cleaner. This alone is a $100 expense.

Our family of 5 recently relocated to Colorado from California. We purchased a travel trailer so that we could get out and explore everything Colorado has to offer. So far this year, we have made it up to Steamboat Springs, Loveland, Golden and Pagosa Springs. We get plenty of use out of our new Outback trailer but are happy to share it with other Colorado families looking for adventure on the weekends we are not enjoying it.
