Come stay in our 2022 Atlas by Dutchmen on your next camping adventure. You’ll have more than enough room with two bedrooms. King size bed in the master and two fulls in the back bunkhouse bedroom. Spacious living area with reclining theater seats to relax in. Dinette for meals can be converted to another full bed to provide additional sleeping arrangements. 1 and half baths make morning routines a breeze and less crowded when more one has to go! Feel relaxed when you take a shower in this huge shower with the peace of mind of not having to turn the water on/off to help with hot water conservation. Residential fridge provides you with enough room and space for all your groceries needs as well as the double door pantry for dry foods, etc. You can take the party outside with an outdoor kitchen that has an additional fridge and 2 burner stove. As well as a quick connect propane hook up for any additional grilling/gas needs. All while listening to music from the outdoor speakers and hanging out under the two awnings that can be controlled separately to provide maximum comfort and shade from the heat.Was ist inbegriffenPlease let it be known that Dry Camping is not allowed and when renting that you ensure that your site is full hookup. Water and electric hookup only is okay as long as there is a dump station on site.4 Camping chairs, and a folding table are provided. Additional chairs can be provided as needed. Cornhole boards, 22in Blackstone, Solo Stove firepit or 20in Propane Firepit, Outdoor kid games (Yard Yahtzee, jumbo connect four, large UNO, Bocce ball, Checkers, Large Jenga) can be available in storage below for an additional fee.Basic utensils will be provided along with pots & pans, and cookie sheets.Linens for the beds will be provided, pillows are the renters responsibility. Hi there and thanks for stopping by. My wife and I enjoy providing weekend getaways and making last minute trip memories for our boys. We love quick trips to the Smokies here in East TN, but also soaking our toes in the sands at the beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic.
