We want you to relax, have fun, and make some great memories, and we also want our camper to come home in the same beautiful condition it left in. A few simple rules help make that happen: No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. No climbing on the roof. Please retract the awning anytime you leave the campsite, overnight, or when the weather gets windy. RV awnings have a remarkable ability to become very expensive kites. If you're towing, an appropriate tow vehicle, trailer brake controller, and proper towing setup are required. Campground and maintained gravel roads are welcome; serious off-roading is not. Only RV-safe toilet paper goes in the toilet—no wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other surprises. The Blackstone and propane firepit are for outdoor use only and must be completely cool before being stored. Please wash dishes, remove food and trash, and leave the trailer reasonably tidy when you return it. No need to detail it—we just ask that you treat it like it belongs to someone you like. If anything breaks, gets damaged, or just doesn't seem right, please let us know right away. Things happen, and we'd much rather help solve a small problem than discover a big one later. Please don't attempt repairs, modifications, or your own episode of RV Renovation without checking with us first. Most importantly: use it, enjoy it, and have a great trip!
