Please treat our camper like you would your own home away from home. We want you to make amazing memories while helping us keep it in great condition for future guests! Camper Rules & Expectations: • No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the camper • No climbing or walking on the roof • Guests are responsible for verifying they have an appropriate tow vehicle and towing experience • Please do not exceed 65 mph while towing • Only RV safe toilet paper may be used in the toilet • Absolutely NO paper towels, baby wipes, feminine products, flushable wipes, diapers, food, or trash in the toilet. These items will damage the system and result in additional charges • Please empty all trash prior to checkout • Black and gray tanks must be dumped before leaving your campsite and before return unless dump service has been added • Report any damage, issues, or malfunctions immediately so we can help troubleshoot • Do not move the camper after setup if delivery service is selected • No unauthorized festivals, large events, or off road use • Pets welcome with approval only. Please clean up after your pets and do not allow damage to furniture or flooring • Retract awnings during storms, high winds, or when leaving the campsite • Return all provided items and accessories to their original locations • Please leave the camper in reasonably clean condition. Most importantly: Relax, enjoy your trip, make memories, watch the sunset, and take care of our camper so another family can enjoy it too.
