Shawna was great to work with. Easy to communicate with and very friendly. The RV was great- it was fully stocked and had a lot of little extras that always come in handy- stuff like sandwich bags, rags, lots of towels and blankets, a bunch of fun games, etc. It was cozy and the beds were comfy. Shawna's done a fantastic job outfitting her RV. It had everything we needed and it all worked great! Shawna was very accommodating for pickup and return times, was thorough in communicating with us how to operate it as well as any potential issues. On the road she was very responsive as well. Overall an excellent experience and next time we need an RV we'll be looking her up again. :)

This RV was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 tween boys. We recently sold our travel trailer and rented this for our annual trip to Rainier. It had everything we needed and I felt so good about having something this easy to take with us for the weekend. Shawna was great to work with, super nice and easy going. We even accidentally left my son's football in the RV and she brought it back to us. Really appreciated the customer service here. Hoping we can rent it again for the same trip next year.
