Our camping experience with Easy Camper Rental was excellent. The booking process was smooth. We rented our trailer from Ogden and took it to Williard State Park 20 miles away for two nights. The trailer worked really well, but it’s important to educate yourself on trailer operation by watching the videos before your trip depending on your level of experience. The pickup and drop off was flawless, particularly because it was self service and very little red tape. We interacted with an individual named Micah who was courteous and pretty darn regular in responding to my questions in a prompt manner. The ac worked well and kept our grandkids sleeping through the night even though the temps were in the 90’s, the freezer was awesome, the fridge kept our food cold but took longer than the freezer to reach normal tempers. The awning was a great feature in the hot sun and the awning lights were a nice touch. Could something have gone better? Not much, really. I’m looking to rent again as soon as circumstances permit. Perhaps there was one thing that was our user error us renters could easily have avoided.. We ran out of grey water tank capacity from running sinks and showers longer than necessary. I would not hesitate recommending Easy Campier Utah based on my families’s experience.
