Responsive, helpful delivery and setup
Tracy and Doug are highly praised for their responsiveness, accommodating nature, and seamless delivery, setup, and pickup services. They provide thorough walkthroughs and often include essentials. Some guests, however, experienced communication delays or issues with pre-trip checks.
Clean, comfortable, well-equipped camper
The 2019 Keystone Premier is generally clean, cozy, and well-maintained, featuring working AC, heat, and an outdoor kitchen. It is often stocked with useful extras. Some guests found the bed mattress uncomfortable, the kitchen understocked, and noted it's not suitable for extreme cold.

4.0The camper was as described and Tracy and her husband were very responsive though I had to initiate contact when I hadn’t received any access instruction late the day before our scheduled arrival. The refrigerator worked great as well as the cooktop. Both the heater and AC worked great, also. The outdoor kitchen is a plus. However, the bed mattress sank down to the board underneath so we felt we were sleeping on the board even though there was a 2” foam topper. Also, compared to other rented campers in our group, the kitchen was not as well- stocked as the others. It would have been nice to have more silverware. I added a fork that was unclaimed at the end of our trip, but there were only 2 forks to begin with. A crockpot and toaster would be great to have access to.
