Excellent trip and experience

This is the way to camp! Pulled up to the site with the camper ready to use. The camper was clean and tons of storage. When it was time to leave, we packed up our stuff and left. RV Rentals handled everything. We will definitely be using their services again.

The travel trailer shown in this photo is NOT the trailer we were provided for our trip. It appears to be a similar model but not the same upgrades. Our RV only had one A/C unit in the main living area not two as shown in the photo and the trailer was 80+ degrees during the day (11am-7:30pm) which was stressful for our family and specifically our dog. We were told there were 3 TVs, there was only one which was fine but still inaccurate information. When we arrived at 3:30pm on our first day, the trailer was 86 degrees inside and took 4 hours to cool down to under 80. If 10 people were sleeping in there, it would have been inhabitable. We notified the company upon arrival and were told “it was 100 heat index today and will take a while to cool down”. A heads up about this would have gone a long way vs just arriving to an uncomfortable accommodation. We knew the A/C was working it just wasn’t powerful enough to cool this trailer down in the summer temperatures. Aside from the lack of A/C, the unit was clean when we arrived and had some nice finishes. There were no towels aside from kitchen towels and 2 wash rags. Make sure to bring your own! We chose not to use any of the appliances in the trailer aside from the fridge and TV due to the excessive heat but they did appear to work and were very clean. The grille in the exterior kitchen has the instructions worn off and it took me googling how to work it to figure it out. This was a nice feature to have though since cooking inside was not in the cards. We were given cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper. We were grateful the trailer cooled down after dark so we could sleep but we had to borrow a box fan to circulate the air during our stay; it was the saving grace for our pet during the 80+ degree days. Life lessons were learned after this experience.
