5.0Robert was very accommodating. Supplied linens, towels, coffee pods, hot chocolate pods paper plates and water. Came back to the campsite to put a platform for the stairs without being called! Just to make it easier to get in and out of the camper.

5.0Communication was very quick and easy, we had to change our reservation dates a few times and Robert was very accommodating. It was well stoked with anything we might need and even had stuff for coloring, bubbles and even an extra toothbrush for our kids

5.0Bob is great! Great communication making sure that the drop off and parking spot for the RV went smooth and even provided some coloring books and bubbles for our kids. The RV was so nice, very clean and lots of towels and well stocked. Bob really made it a great experience 10/10

Delivery and setup are required as this unit has a tongue weight of 948 pounds and the dry weight is 8431 pounds. We will waive this requirement for seasoned haulers with the proper towing rig at our discretion. This is not the rig to learn to tow with.
