5.0Fantastic experience from start to finish. He was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to thoroughly go over everything with the van before I left. The van was spotless, easy to drive, surprisingly fuel-efficient. The backup camera was very helpful to see behind the van while driving and for parking. I would absolutely recommend renting from Reiner and will definitely be back the next time I'm on the island for more adventures!

5.0The van was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything I needed, Reiner took the time to explain how to use all the equipment, and everything worked flawlessly. I used BC ferries to Quadra and Cortes islands with no issues. Would definitely use Island Explorer Vans again.

5.0The van was incredible - extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our trip and more. Reiner was an excellent host; He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He clearly explained how everything worked before we were off on our adventure and he was available for any follow up questions. The van was easy to drive and made our camping experience so enjoyable!

It was comfortable and very clean and full of extra supplies we were grateful for. Reiner explained everything we needed to know to prepare us for our first experience van camping. He was kind and responsive whenever we had any questions. We really appreciate all the work he put into the van,and everything he added to help us on the way. Very accommodating of our time frame with pick up and return as well! We could not have asked for a better experience of renting a van. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!
