Thank you for looking at our new 2016 Genesis 39’ foot 5th wheel gooseneck Toy Hauler. Our RV is spotless inside and out and showroom new. We have upgraded the factory master bedroom king size mattress to a plush pillows low top bed mattress. We furnish all dinnerware, glasses and master top bedding. The large unit will sleep eight people, there is one master king size bed, two queen size beds and one twin bed. Our RV is very easy to pull and simple to operate and meant to be pulled and used on paved solid surfaces only. It has 2 roof top 15,000 btu A/C units a 4.0KW Onan generator and a power awning with LED lighting. There is room in the 22.5' foot garage for 4 Harley dressers, golf cart, canoes, kayaks or a Polaris 4 person Razor with 14 easy to use factory 2500 pound tie-down rings, secured to the frame and recessed in the floor. It has solar panels on the roof top to help keep the batteries charged when auxiliary shore power is not available and full pass through storage under the unit. It has three flatscreen TVs and including a large TV entertainment center stereo system outside. The RV should be returned clean in the same condition as delivered to you at time of pick up to avoid a cleaning fee. We strive to keep our RV in showroom condition inside and out for all of our guest. We'll also deliver and set up for an additional fee such at family reunions, Nascar races, etc. We give a discount if renting for a week or longer.
