This is our third year of renting. Very pleasurable to work with. This year on set up we had an issue with the canopy not retracting,, we called and within 2 hours a service man was at our campsite. So appreciative of their response . We have already reserved our unit for next year. They are wonderful and helpful . Would highly recommend.
