4.5Robert was friendly and helpful. But, I experienced issues because the camper was delivered and the battery was not fully charged, So the refrigerator only lasted 2 hours the first night when the generator was shut down. After fully charging the battery all day the next day and subsequent days, the refrigerator was easily able to run overnight and well into the next day. But Robert took my call immediately and helped me to understand the issue and was very kind.
