wear will result in an additional deep cleaning fee.
• Roof access is STRICTLY prohibited. You will be liable for any damages and lose deposit
• No off-road driving
• Towing is NOT allowed, and is not covered by insurance.
• Travel to Mexico/Canada is NOT permitted.
• Death Valley is PROHIBITED during July and August due to extreme temperatures.
• Festivals of any kind must have prior approval. If found the RV was taken to a festival without consent, you will lose your full deposit, and other fees may apply.
• Owner not responsible for renter's belongings

No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, desert trails, etc. Driving on a non-paved road inside a licensed RV park is acceptable.
We do not allow the use of the RV rooftop.
The RV must be driven at a max speed of 65 MPH (Or the speed listed in Terms and Conditions for Outdoorsy) if the speed is lower than owner allows.. There is a driving monitor system in the RV, and will record and notify the owner if you are in excess of the listed max speed in this contract, which is 65 MPH (or Outdoorsy T&C listed speed)

How do I know it's safe?
A.
That is a very valid question! We want to make sure you and your family are as safe as we would want for our own. How we do this is inspections! We have a full 50 point inspection done on tires, brakes, undercarriage, battery, underhood, & fluids. This is completed every 6 months. In addition, we have a certified RV Inspector that does a quarterly inspection to ensure all coach items are working as they should.

It shows this is located on the Air Force base, I don't have access. Can I still rent your unit?
A.
Yes! We live and store the unit on base, but are able to arrange for pick up/drop off exchanges not on base.
