This is a 2021 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern LT 202RD. Cute, quaint, and cozy! It is equipped with a queen bed, a dinette that pulls into a bed, and a couch that also slides out into a bed. She will sleep 4 adults (2 in bed and one on each pull out) or 2 adults on the queen and up to 4 kiddos (2 on each pull out). It has a full bath with shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen area has a sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer. It is also equipped with a stereo system with Bluetooth capabilities that can be played inside or outside the RV. It has an electric awning to offer shade with an exterior LED light strip to help light up your campsite. You can also rent a dual burner propane stove for $30 which includes one full tank of propane for cooking outside the RV. Both the tongue jack and stabilizers are electric as well. Unfortunately ,we do not have a generator to provide at this time, so if you wish to dry camp you will need to provide your own generator (the AC unit will run off the 110v from the generator, but it will be more efficient, and more items can be run, if run off a 30amp service). It must be a 4000 watt minimum. Also dry-campers, there will be a $20 charge for filling the fresh water tank.There is no smoking allowed in the RV. There will be a $500 fee imposed for smoking inside the RV. There will also be a $150 fee imposed for any excessive cleaning required. The $50 RV prep fee is for cleaning, restocking, and preparation of the RV to include such things as, but is not limited to; propane, toilet paper, salt & pepper, waste tank chemicals, laundering of the linens, disinfectant cleaning supplies etc. The waste system requires specific toilet paper, so please use what is provided with the rental.
