This is a new 2023 RV. We just added a new rv to the fleet. New post but definitely not new to the platform. Please check out our reviews on our other profile for renter experience with us.https://www.outdoorsy.com/pro/2356563Coffee maker, pots (2), knives (5) forks (5) spoons (5) cutting board (1). Fully stocked with pillows linens and towels. The main headquarters is a upgraded king mattress. If your ready to make new or more memorable memories our RV will definitely help with that. All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected. All linens, drapes, and rugs are washed on highest heat setting. Please no animals inside the RV. ($250.00 additional fee will occur.) No smoking/ vaping allowed in the RV ($250.00 additional fee will occur) We are very flexible with delivery and pick-up. To keep the rv up and running for our customers unfortunately the awning will not be available for use. The wind really takes a toll on the awning. We do provide a canopy for use. Jose answered all of my questions quickly. The travel trailer was delivered when promised, was very clean on the inside and well maintained. However, problems arose due to the lack of basic supplies in the unit.The description stated it had "pots, pans, cutting boards, knives and all the utensils you need, and it comes fully stocked with pillows, linens and towels." "This RV comes with linens for all of the beds. Will have a coffee maker, Keurig, bread toaster, basic pots, plates, napkins, towels and cups, utensils and camping chairs." This was the description when I rented but it has since been changed. I asked if dish soap, hand soap, any paper plates, paper towels and trash bags were included as well as how many rolls of TP.When I arrived and prepared to make dinner, I discovered the only plates supplied were Hefty Styrofoam plates that had warnings about the plates melting with hot food and to only use food that had been cooled, also not to really use them in the microwave. (See pictures below). I needed a sheet pan to put some prepared meals in the oven and found just 2 cooking pot but no pans. I started looking around more and found 2 forks, 3 spoons and 5 butter knifes (the RV accommodates up to 10 persons). There were 2 paring knives, a can opener, 1 mixing spoon, 1 slotted spoon, potato peeler, a pizza cutter (nothing to cook pizza on) and a metal spatula, 3 chip clips, 9 tumblers, 2 coffee pots and 1 extra trash bag. I had verified before we left that there was a Keurig so I brought k-cups, but there were no coffee cups or even a cup that would fit under the Keurig. No, frying pans, sheet pans, bowls (although the listing did not include bowls) the listing said there was a toaster which there was not.That evening when I got into bed, I noticed our bed had a fitted sheet but no flat sheet, just a comforter over a fitted sheet. My teenagers who were sleeping in the bunk house had a fitted sheet, 1 (total) flat sheet and 5 or 6 British Airways airplane blankets that were too short to cover their feet. The next day when I went to take a shower, I realized that there were only 2 hand towels, one hanging in each bathroom and no wash clothes. There were 9 bath towels (thankfully). There were also no kitchen towels to wash dishes with just a few cheap paper towels and a used sponge (yuck). We had hand soap in one of the 2 bathrooms but not the other.

Jose helped us out when we were in a pinch for a bbq contest. Responsive, easy and clear communication, and went the extra mile for us. We will rent again!

Jose was very easy to work with, very responsive to our needs during our rental. The trailer is perfect for families that need to sleep 6 or more. Having two bathrooms was amazing! We needed more propane and had a small water leak on the second day of our rental and Jose traveled from far away to come and repair the leak and fill up propane tanks. We will rent again from Jose, he was 5 star for sure. Thanks, Carl

Everything was great! All our questions were answered fast! We cooked almost every day, had about 7 people and we all fit comfortably. We had it dropped off in Guadeloupe river park.
