Kimmie did a fabulous job having all the camper essentials and then some ready to use immediately! We only had to show with bags and roll onto adventures ahead! Gladys is an extremely nice and well kept Class C camper that drives and sets up so easy- completely easy to operate and enjoy some beautiful camping experiences!

Kimmie was a great host! She responded really quickly. She made sure the RV was ready for us when we arrived earlier than expected. There was a minor damage on the RV, and she was willing to go out of her way to contact outdoorsy for a backup. Kimmie is awesome!

Kim was the best host, communicated quickly throughout the entire process. The walk through was thorough, which set us up for the most fabulous trip ever. Even our 15 year old son loved it and that says a lot! Would highly recommend.

Gladys was very clean and came with an instruction binder that was very easy to follow. The table bench had a 3rd buckle and we were able to easily install our toddler’s car seat there. The table converted to a great bed area for our toddler as well. Communication was always swift and helpful. No issues whatsoever and would definitely rent again.

Gladys was the perfect size for the two of us. All mechanical systems worked as they should. The only issue we had was with the dinette table that had been broken by the previous renter. Kimmie disclosed it up front and compensated us for the inconvenience. The unit was a bit noisy on the freeway but no more than other Class C RVs we’ve rented before. Kimmie’s communication throughout was outstanding. We had some logistical challenges that we worked through and she was flexible in accommodating us. We would definitely rent from her again.
