Haney's Ark is perfect for the small to mid size family or group of friends! Able to sleep 9 comfortably, this gorgeous, compact vacation on wheels offers a place to gather round and watch tv together with a soothing fireplace, cook a full meal with the stove, oven, and microwave, and enjoy your preference of listening to whatever jam on our full surround sound (and outside) speakers! The master bedroom, second room and the living room each have a tv for their own viewing if y'all just can't decide on what to watch together. Lots of items? That's ok! There's a ton of quarter space to hold your items and keep them safe! If you have clothes you need to wash, use our convenient washer/dryer in one and don't miss a beat! They include electricity.If you are wanting full hook up, Cornerstone Campground in New Castle is a great hit! They offer amenities such as having a menu to order food and desserts from. . . even delivering it to you. On the weekends, they offer activities for kids and families, along with having their own church service. Weitere wichtige DingePlease no festivals and no smoking in the fifth wheel.Please be on time for the agreed time to meet/drop off the camper. We will not just drop off the camper without having properly provided adequate explanation, answered any of your questions, received your signatures, and personally handed you the keys to the camper. Each hour later will result in $50 additional charge. At 4 hours later, you will be charged a full extra night. The same rules will apply at pick up. Please note, if you have given us at LEAST 4 hour notice of any changes, we can accommodate and provide flexibility. We just need you to communicate with us.The 2 propane tanks come full when you receive it. This is used for furnace and to use the stove and oven. Please refill or top off. Whatever we need to top off again will result in the total amount, plus $15 labor added to your bill.
