Delivery and pick up can only start after 5pm M-F and anytime Saturdays and Sundays...When our schedule allows, our delivery rate is as follows... $300 flat rate fee for set up and deliveries within 60 miles of our location in New Haven, MO and an additional $5/mile for anything farther (send a msg for a more accurate quote)*Please note that we calculate our delivery rate based on quadruple the mileage from our house to your delivery site (a 100 mile delivery is actually 400 miles round trip, plus 2 hrs of set up/take down)Has room to sleep 9! Private enclosed room with a King size bed. 3 inch memory foam and waterproof mattress pad. Spacious bunk beds and furniture with 2 hide-a-beds! 5. Late returns after 3pm are subject to a $50 late fee. Late returns after 11:59pm will be charged a full day of $170 plus subject to a double daily rate charge per day if disrupts another renters booking reservation.
6. We try to keep our rates low by not charging a cleaning fee. You must leave the RV as clean as you received it or will incur a $150 cleaning fee. Please select our cleaning add-on if you would like for us to take care of that at the end of your stay. If the RV is left excessively dirty, a $250+ deep cleaning fee will be charged. See list below of what we expect done at the end of your stay.Check Out Instructions:1. Wipe down all countertops, stove and table

4. Clean out fridge and be sure to take your food

How many children can fit in the bunk bed?

4-6 depending on age! The bunk beds are actually quite large! Our 3 oldest children (ages 6, 4 and 3) can fit together on one bunk comfortably. There is a 200 lb limit for each bunk so even an adult can sleep in the bunks.

Do you offer any discounts?

We only offer a 10% discount off the nightly rate for military/first responders. For longer stays of one week or more there is a 5% discount off the nightly rate. Stays of 28 days or more receive a 15% discount off the nightly rate

There are 5 beds total. There is a king size bed, 2 hide-a-beds and 2 bunk beds. The pull out couch can sleep 2 adults. The dining area also turns into a bed that can sleep an adult or 2 small children comfortably
