Our trip was fantastic, and it was all thanks to Staci and Jay! They were incredibly informative and helpful from the very beginning. They provided a thorough walkthrough of the camper and even included an information packet that covered everything from the walkthrough with easy, step-by-step instructions. Throughout our trip, they were always available to answer questions by phone or text and responded very quickly whenever we needed assistance. Their RV was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to use. My family and I will definitely rent from them again, and I highly recommend anyone interested in renting an RV to look them up. We loved the RV! It was our first RV boondocking trip and it won't be our last! Staci and Jay are wonderful hosts that explained everything in detail and were only a text/phone call away. They are awesome people!

Jay & Staci were the ultimate hosts! Their RV is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We rented it for the Seven Stars Music Festival, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for a great time. Knowing we were flying in, they stocked the RV with all the essentials and even surprised us with a thoughtful goodie bag of snacks and drinks. I highly recommend renting from them — you won’t be disappointed!

Staci and Jay were incredible hosts! Honestly the best communication and accommodation with all of our questions and needs. We were taking our first RV trip with our 1.5 year old and they helped us make it perfect. The walk through was super thorough and made us more confident for the trip and whenever we had questions on the road they answered promptly and helped us out. Five stars!! The Outlaw was a treat as well and served us as a great home away from home. It is stocked with what you need, drives great, and is set up with great sleeping situations. We will definitely be renting from Staci and Jay again, you will not be disappointed so get ready to enjoy your trip!

I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to rent from Jay and Staci! From the moment we connected they were both eager to communicate with us and make sure our trip was one would remember. They answered all of our pre-travel questions and were flexible with our timing of the trip. When we arrived to pick up the RV, they were detailed in their explanation of how everything inside and outside of the RV worked, which as first-times, set our minds at ease! They even provided us with an amazing gift baskets of treats and trinkets for our trip! Staci was available pretty much 24/7 when we had questions. The RV itself was spacious enough for for grown adults to enjoy an amazing weekend together. All the amenities provided inside and outside the RV were easy to use! If you are in the Richmond area and are thinking of renting an RV, Jay & Staci are the perfect fit for you!! We cannot wait until next year!!
