5.0The overall rating should reflect 5 stars - the host Taylor was great to work with - he answered all questions very quickly and had the camper setup prior to my arrival. The camper itself was great, very comfortable and Taylor provided all the items necessary for a great camping experience. If I am in need again for a camper, I will be coming back to this one as Taylor was great and the camper was well stocked!

4.0I rented a travel trailer and requested a delivery/pickup. The whole experience was easy and friendly and efficient. Taylor Cook was very good. He responded to every email that I sent with questions very quickly and professional. When he came to deliver and pickup again very friendly, efficient and professional. He made it all a very easy stress free experience. The only negative comment that I have is regarding the return of my security deposit. I have been told it takes 14 days to receive back. Since I paid on time and efficiently, I just expect the same in return..
