1️⃣ No Smoking Keep the RV fresh and clean. A $500 fee applies for smoke removal. 2️⃣ No Pets Allowed Pets are strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be charged if this rule is broken. 3️⃣ Driving Safety Stay within speed limits, avoid sudden braking, and always check clearance heights. 4️⃣ Towing & Parking No towing of other vehicles is allowed. Park only in suitable RV spaces. 5️⃣ Generator & Power Usage Rental includes 4 hours of generator use per day. Additional usage is $3.00 per hour. 6️⃣ Propane & Water Management Use propane safely. Monitor fresh, gray, and black tank levels every few days. 7️⃣ Dumping Waste Empty black and gray tanks before returning. A $100 service fee applies if returned unemptied. 8️⃣ Fuel Requirements Return the RV with a full tank of gas unless other arrangements are made. Refill fees may apply. 9️⃣ Mileage Limits Rental includes 100 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.35 per mile. 🔟 Respect Campsite Rules Follow all campground guidelines and observe quiet hours. 1️⃣1️⃣ Interior & Exterior Care Keep the RV clean and tidy. Report any spills or damage immediately. 1️⃣2️⃣ Emergency Contacts In case of issues, contact the owner or roadside assistance through the reservation platform. 1️⃣3️⃣ Festival Policy No festival attendance is allowed unless explicitly approved. Violations may incur a $500 fee. 1️⃣4️⃣ Parking & Toll Fees All parking tickets, Good to Go tolls, and towing fees are the renter’s responsibility. 1️⃣5️⃣ Late Returns Returns after the agreed time will be charged $50 per hour until 5:00 PM. Returns after 5:00 PM will be charged an additional full day plus applicable fees. 1️⃣6️⃣ Burning Man Prohibition Burning Man is extremely harmful to Roxy. Under no circumstances is the RV allowed at Burning Man. Penalties for violation will exceed $1,000 plus additional fees.
