35 foot bunkhouse with 3 slides, an outdoor kitchen, and grill. Queen size bed in master. Bedrooms at opposite ends of camper. Sleeps 9 (via foldout couch in living and dinette table folds down to bed). 18 foot power awning for outdoor shade. Fully equipped with linens and kitchen equipment.Your towing vehicle should be rated to pull at least 10,500 lbs. Weight distribution/sway bar hitch for a 2” receiver is included for safer highway driving. If you don't have a tow vehicle, we can deliver to your pre-paid camp site for an additional fee (see add-ons).

Renter will need a vehicle that can tow 10,000 pounds or choose the delivery add-on. Weight distribution/sway hitch with ball and bars included. This fits a 2” receiver shaft.
Dry camping is possible but renter will need to charge battery with solar panel.
No inverter meaning you can not use 120v appliances (microwave, tv, fireplace, plugs, a/c) while using battery power only.
Keep the RV clean with the enclosed tools and cleaners. No smoking or pets in the RV. Evidence of smoking or pets inside will result in forfeit of the full deposit. No climbing on the roof.
Must be returned clean and black & grey tanks emptied.
Must strip beds that are used and leave dirty sheets and towels in laundry bag.

We are the Griffins, dad, mom and two crazy boys. In October of 2016 we made the decision to go full-time RVer's and bought our Keystone Outback 325BH. We spent the next 11 months living the life of full-timers at Hart Ranch Camping Resort in Rapid City, SD in the beautiful Black Hills. In September of 2017 we packed everything up and made the journey to Alaska, where we now live. We pulled our travel trailer through the mountains of British Columbia, along the Cassiar highway in Canada, on a fantastic adventure.
