Before the trip started I got a message on my phone that the RV awning was not working. So I was never able to use it even though it clearly showed it on the description. Then when I picked up the RV it was not cleaned and smelled of rotten fish. I was not able to cancel my trip because I had to check into my destination. Then when driving when turning right all the food flew out of the refrigerator because it doesn’t close tightly. Lastly when I returned the RV with a full tank of gas, the host was not there and told me to leave it outside of the RV storage. Then the next day after 30 hours, the host informed me that the gas tank was not full and he would be taking some of my deposit. Be warned, make sure you communicate via Outdoorsy App and do not reply to his texts. As he wants you to book next time directly with him and to keep all communication outside Outdoorsy so he can easily file a claim against your deposit.
