Thanks for choosing our adventure van! This rig is your gateway to unforgettable travels — but it’s also a high-performance, luxury vehicle that requires proper care. Driving & Road Use No off-roading or rough terrain: This is a capable van, but no rock crawling, deep sand, or water crossings. Forest roads & dirt campgrounds are okay if maintained. No smoking or vaping inside the van — evidence of smoking will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit. Seatbelts are required at all times while moving Don’t drive in high winds or icy conditions. No rooftop access Water, Toilet & Plumbing RV-safe toilet paper only. Never flush anything other than human waste & RV TP. Empty cassette toilet regularly (every 1–2 days). Use biodegradable soaps only in the sink Electrical Van includes Lithium battery power + solar Don’t plug in high-draw appliances (e.g. hair dryers, electric kettles, space heaters). Monitor battery levels on touchscreen If you run low on battery, start the engine Interior Use & Cleanliness Remove shoes inside — the floor and cabinets are delicate. Keep sand/dirt outside — use outdoor rug & brush off before entering. No cooking greasy or strongly aromatic foods inside (bacon, curry, etc.) — use the outdoor cooking setup when possible. Cleaning & Return Policy Return the van in same condition it was delivered: Empty trash Clean dishes Sweep floors Cassette toilet emptied Gray water emptied Fuel & Fluids Van will be delivered with a full tank of diesel — return full. DO NOT use biodiesel or anything other than standard pump diesel. DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) should not need to be topped off, but let us know if warning lights come on.
