Our beautiful brand new 2023 outdoors RV pull behind travel trailer has 2 slide outs, very spacious and modern, sleeps 4 people. This camper offers one cozy queen bed and one dinette that turns into a bed as well. It also offers 2 Recliners, a TV and an electric fire place. The trailer also includes, a full bathroom, with walk in shower, full kitchen with propane stove, heater, and Air conditioning, a solar panel, TV with satellite, Bluetooth speaker indoor/outdoor, awning, outdoor lighting, heated holding tanks, lots of storage. It is the perfect size for a couple or a family of 3 or 4.Was ist inbegriffenFresh linens and basic necessities Weitere wichtige DingeTravel trailer is winterized for the season but can be rented out as a “dry” camper during the winter months.This camper MUST be towed with a 250 or 2500 pick up truck or larger, due to its high clearance and weight of the trailer.
Please be sure to have an adjustable hitch to match height of the camper, a weight distribution hitch is recommended. It does not come with one but you may rent one to use for your trip (please see add ons).Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper or near it. This will result in a $500 fine.Discounts for long term rentals are available, just ask.The gray and black water holding tanks must be dumped prior to returning the camper. If the tanks are not dumped there will be a dumping fee of $200.
It is okay to leave fresh water in the fresh water holding tank.2 full 30lb propane tanks are provided for your convenience. Propane must come back full, or you will be charged a propane fill up fee of $65 per bottle.Please only use the awning when occupying the camper, do not leave open during high winds.Please be sure to fill the camper with clean, potable water as we like to keep our tanks and water lines in good condition. If you would like us to fill the camper you may add that on.This travel trailer may not be driven on the Dalton Highway or anywhere outside of the state of Alaska.Please treat this camper as if it were your own and return it the way you found it.Let us know if you need any camp site recommendations, destinations, activities or need idea of where to fill the camper or dump it!
