We understand incidents happen sometimes beyond either of our control but for your insurance to apply we need to be notified immediately for any insurance issues and police reports are monitory in ALL CASES. Pets will be considered on a limited one-by-one basis with additional sanitizing/cleaning fees mandatory with this in mind people with Allergies many want to avoid booking.
