Sleeping-there are two bunks. The upper bunk is approx 63"w x 72" and the lower bunk is 65" x 62", with "bump out" that can accommodate someone up to 72". So the lower bunk could fit up to three smaller kids, or two smaller kids and one adult. Lots of options.
Seating-we kept the factory mounted bench seats but added an additional row so that the van can seat 7 comfortably. The drivers seats are very plush for longer drives. There are latch hooks for car/booster seats.
This van has a fan-no heating and no A/C but we find that it is fine even in cooler temps down to the low 50's/upper 40's (with adequate blankets).
There is a brand new, Laveo dry flush toilet.
Shower-there is a 22 gallon water tank that has a propane hook up-water can be heated in 30 seconds and will heat to 110 F.
Cooler-the ARB single zone cooler can be used a freezer or cooler.

They are powered by solar panels, which are on top of the van.

Are there roof racks? Where do we put bikes and/or surfboards?

There are no roof racks and we do not allow anything to be placed on the roof. There is a bike hitch that can be rented as an "add-on." Surfboards fit under the beds. We have other surfboard storage options that we can discuss as well.
