Guests generally found Jamie easy to work with and responsive, providing setup guidance. However, one renter experienced significant issues with advertised amenities (generator, AC, outlets) not functioning as expected off-grid, leading to a refund dispute.

The trailer was described as clean, cozy, and easy to set up by some. Yet, issues included an unfilled water tank, a disabled awning, and major malfunctions with AC, microwave, outlets, stove, and fridge efficiency when off-grid, alongside uncomfortable beds.

4.0Jamie was VERY easy to work with. She communicated very quickly with me and offered lots of help when I wasn't sure how to complete steps of the rental agreement. There were 2 things that we felt were minor issues. Included in the cost of my rental was to have the water tank filled up-but we ended up having to do that. The awning also did not work which we found out later was because the owner had removed the fuse. Overall, the experience was VERY positive and I would probably rent from them again.
