If you are new, not only are you a guest but we'll teach you how RVs work. Additional camp accessories at no cost (camp chairs, table, stove, towing hitch). Bedding and propane fire pit may be available as add-ons. Please ask or see one of the photos for what's included/not included.
Cleaning fee will not apply if RV is returned in decent cleanliness. No hitch fees. No propane fees for the first 20lb tank. For delivery if you cannot empty the septic, please prepay septic emptying or else a fee will be applied afterwards. For insurance purposes, please be a verified driver. Thank you! And please remember to have your reservation confirmed or it expires.
This is a family-friendly bunkhouse travel trailer 22ft.( including the tongue). Weighs about 3090lb dry). Self contained little unit, about 20 feet interior space. Small washroom. Queen bed is positioned across(East-West).
Truck and full-size SUV towable. For pick-up, please make sure your vehicle has mud guards/flaps. Thanks.
Comes with two 20lb propane tanks. 2 AGM batteries. Rear cargo rack.
1 camp queen bed, convertible dinette-bed, 2 single bunks.
